Horseshoe Bend of the Colorado River Ranch A truly amazing Colorado River ranch that you have to see to appreciate! When you think about a complete ranch package this one is going to check all the boxes for not only a productive property but also for a premier recreational ranch. Water is everywhere with just under two miles of the Colorado River flanking the north and northeast boundary of the ranch, along with three stock tanks and wet weather creeks. Terrain varies from gentle rolling hills with wheat fields and native pasture and coastal along the river to large elevation changes. If hunting is your passion you will be hard pressed to find an area with a greater variety of wildlife including deer, turkey, hogs and dove. Enjoy fishing in the river and the stock tanks. Arrowheads and grinding stones have also been found on the ranch. The family can enjoy kayaking, fishing, looking for arrowheads and exploring! The night sky will be absolutely stunning for star gazing and making s’mores. The ranch has been leased for wheat field production and grazing yearlings, along with hay production. If you are looking for a quiet and private retreat and no traffic, look no further, this is it! Located at the end of Catclaw Road, this ranch has been in the same family for over 100 years. The ranch home is an old farm house, built in approximately 1920, comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath with metal roof, and an attached garage. There are RV hook ups for deer hunters. The home is serviced by a water well, which is documented to be 44 ft. deep and producing 8 GPM, drilled in 1979. This home would make a great guest cottage, with numerous desirable locations with nice views to build your dream home!
